Notice of Establishment of Homaye Aria Zima Co.

Abstract details of the forenamed firm, entered at Tehran Recorder of Companies and Non-Trading Institutions under No. 447492 and national code 14003803611 and signed into incorporation on 24' December 2013, shall be hereby published for public notification:

• Purposes: To buy and sell, import and export cosmetics, hygienic and pharmaceutical products upon receipt of the necessary licenses and permits from the authorities concerned; to import and export and distribute foodstuff, nuts, detergents, and computer accessories and equipment and automobile parts; to take out loans and credits from banks and finance and credit institutions upon receipt of permits; to attend tenders and auctions of the owe and private sectors; to attend local and international fairs and exhibition; to grant and receive agency and representation and open up branches inside and outside Iran; to import and export all kinds of authorized commercial products and goods upon receipt of the necessary permits and licenses.

• Founding Directors: Mr. HAMIDREZA MOUSAZADEH ANDARKOLI has been elected as the managing director and chair of the board; Ms, Dr. SEPIDEH TIZABI as a board member and medical director; Ms. Rozita Mousazadeh Andarkoli as the vice-chair of the board; Ms. Atlas Zare'ei Aghdaragh as a board member for a 2-year term of office.
  
• Authorized Signatories: All binding and negotiable documents and securities of the company including checks, promissory notes, drafts and Islamic contracts and routine, administrative documents and correspondence shall enter into force once signed by either the managing director or the chair of the board severally using seal of the company.
  
• Managing Director's Authorities: As set forth in the Articles of Association.
• Principal and Alternate Inspectors: Messrs. Ali Majdian, national ID card No. 0071242805, and Mohammad Sadegh Sedaghatfard, national ID card No. 0069244146, have been elected respectively as the principal and alternate inspectors of the company.
